شكل احتلال البقر لكبريات الشوارع وترك فضلاته على الشارع الرئيسي شبه استقالة من قبل الشركات المشرفة على النظافة في المنطقة الحرة؟
المظاهر المقززة والتي تتزامن مع صرف المنطقة الحرة سنويا مئات الملايين وبالتحديد 375 مليون على الشركات فأين النظافة؟ وأين الرقابة؟
لايعقل في منطقة تريد جلب الإستثمار وتحسين الواجهة أن تكون بعض الشوارع بهذا الشكل رغم وجود 5 شركات في مدينة بحجم نواذيبو.
